Return and Refund Policy

                                                                                     Apartment & Room Rental Policy

                                                                                                  (Cancellation, Move-Out, Refund & Contact Policy


               Cancellation / Early Termination

  • Tenants may cancel within 2 days of lease agreement before move-in without penalty. 
  • After move-in, 30 days’ written notice is required for early termination (unless stated otherwise in the lease). 


              Short-term rentals (daily/weekly): 

  • Cancellations 24 hours before check-in may receive a full or partial refund. 
  • Cancellations after check-in are generally non-refundable, except in special cases. 


           Condition at Move-Out

  • To receive a security deposit refund, the unit must be returned:
  • Clean and sanitary 
  •  Free of damage beyond normal wear and tear 
  • With all keys, access cards, and remotes returned 
  • Furniture/appliances (if furnished) in original condition 
  • All personal belongings removed 
  • Normal wear and tear include minor scuffs or fading; excessive damage includes broken items, stains, or           missing property.


               Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds or penalty-free termination may be considered if: The unit is uninhabitable 
  • The property is significantly not as advertised 
  • There are safety or legal compliance issues 
  • Damage occurs due to natural disasters 
  •  Errors are made by management or listing 
  • Refunds are not granted for personal plan changes, or dissatisfaction unrelated to property condition.

  

              Cancellation / Move-Out Process

  •  Submit written notice (email or official form) 
  • Provide tenant details, property address/room number, move-in & move-out dates, and reason 
  • Schedule a final inspection 
  •  Return all keys and access items on or before moving out 
  • Failure to follow this process may delay or void refunds.


           Refund & Security Deposit

  • Security deposits are refunded within 2–5 days after inspection. 
  •  Deductions may apply for damages, cleaning, unpaid rent/utilities, or missing items. 
  • An itemized deduction statement will be provided if applicable. 
  •  Refunds are issued via bank transfer, original payment method, or check. No cash refunds.
